We collect information provided by Clients and End Users during phone calls, SMS interactions, and website chat:
- **Contact Information:** Name, phone number, email address, and physical address.
- **Vehicle Information:** Year, make, model, VIN, and service history.
- **Communications:** Voice recordings, transcriptions of calls, and chat logs.
- **Usage Data:** IP addresses, browser types, and interaction timestamps.
2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- **Service Delivery:** To answer calls, book appointments, and provide quotes autonomously.
- **Client Reporting:** To provide shop owners with insights into call volume, lead capture, and ROI.
- **AI Training:** To improve the accuracy and natural language processing capabilities of our AI models. (Note: Data used for training is anonymized and de-identified where possible).

We do not sell Client or End User data. We share data only with:
